Relying on the abundant marine resources of China's largest fishing ground, Zhoushan Fishing Ground, we produce a series of chitin products using shrimp and crab shells as raw materials. In order to meet market needs and enhance its competitiveness, a new product, Glycerol Phosphatidylcholine (GPC), was added in 2018. This product is a key intermediate for the latest treatment of Alzheimer's disease internationally. In 2021, a food grade chitosan production line was added and a food production license was obtained, with an annual production of 200 tons of various types of chitosan.
